Can I use Copilot without connecting Claude?

Yes — that's the default path. After signup, in-app Copilot queries profit, live, creators and stock; CEO/Ops/CS roles, Inseller Copilot daily patrol and an approval queue are built in. MCP for Claude/ChatGPT is optional Plus, not required.

What are Inseller Copilot and MCP?

Copilot is the in-app AI assistant — Plus includes ~750+ deep queries/mo on our platform key, ready after you connect your shop. MCP is the protocol for Claude Desktop / ChatGPT to call the same 70+ tools externally; MCP requires your own LLM key and we never mark up tokens. In-app = included; MCP = BYOK optional.

How do I choose Free, Plus or Team?

Solo or small trial → Free. Want full in-app Copilot + optional MCP → Plus (most popular). Multi-store, 10+ seats, API and priority onboarding → Team — book a demo.

What's the difference between Free and Plus?

Free has the core back office and Copilot preview. Plus unlocks full in-app Copilot, Inseller Copilot patrol, MCP (Claude/ChatGPT), 70+ tools, host net profit, creator ROI, full history and export. If AI analyzing your shop is the goal, pick Plus.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT directly?

Generic ChatGPT cannot see your TikTok orders, settlements or stock. Inseller Copilot queries your workspace database — answers are grounded in your shop, not model guesses.

Do I need to be technical?

No for daily use — in-app Copilot works after you connect your shop. MCP for Claude Desktop is a 4-step optional setup for power users, not a prerequisite.

Is RM499/mo worth it?

If it saves one bad live slot, one wasted creator sample batch, or turns a 3-day month-end close into same-day clarity, a quarter often pays back. Plus defaults to quarterly — no forced lock-in; go yearly to save 10%.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Quarterly is the default (RM499/mo, decide each quarter, no forced lock-in). You can also choose yearly and save 10% (RM5,389.20/year) — annual is optional, for when you'd rather save.

Which platforms are supported?

TikTok Shop is the primary focus. Plus can also connect Shopee for order cross-check. More platforms are on the roadmap.

Every store's data is fully isolated (multi-tenant row-level security). We're PDPA-aligned; encrypted in transit and at rest.

How do I upgrade and pay?

Sign up free and connect your shop, then subscribe to Plus from Settings → Billing via Stripe. For Team, book a demo and we enable your account.

Growth vs Plus — which one?

Growth gives you the two growth engines: live (scheduling, Arena rankings, session reviews) and creators (sample ROI, commission tracking). Plus adds the profit-truth layer (settlement-matched net profit per order, fee validation) and the full ERP (inventory, POs, scan-to-ship, multi-store). Content and selling only → Growth. Counting every ringgit and managing stock → Plus.

What happens when I hit my order or host quota?

Orders never stop syncing — past the cap, new orders still land in your account and reports unlock when you top up or upgrade. For hosts, creators and stores you'll be prompted to upgrade, or contact us for an add-on pack. Hosts, rooms and creators count monthly-active only — never lifetime; inactive ones don't take up quota.

What happens when my 14-day trial ends?

You drop to the free plan automatically — no charge, no card on file. Data beyond free quotas (hosts, creators, order history) becomes read-only, never deleted. Upgrade to Growth or Plus and it unlocks instantly. One trial per store.

How is the “RM1,000 in leaks” guarantee measured?
